Churchyard Snowdrops

I was so looking forward to the women’s final at the Australian Open this morning, and I wasn’t disappointed. It was a cracking final that went to three sets, and the 19th seed, 29 year old Madison Keys won her first grand slam beating the no.1 seed Sabalenka. She also had to beat the no. 10, 6 and 2 seeds to get to the final and 5 of her 7 matches went to three sets - a phenomenal achievement and so well deserved. Late morning I walked into town for some things and got a photo of these snowdrops in the churchyard. This afternoon I emptied some water out of the pond with my pump and then watched Bank of Dave 2, which I enjoyed. I also got three lots of washing done and dried outside. I nearly forgot, I also did the Big Garden Birdwatch and posted the results, I saw a max at any time of 1 wood-pigeon, 2 blue tits, 3 great tits, 1 dunnock, 1 marsh tit, 1 coal tit, and 2 robins.
