It has been a much better day now that the storm has moved on and the winds have calmed down. It was nice to see the sun this morning and some snowdrops out in the garden. 
Penny and Millie have come to stay and wanted to bake a pink and white marble cake (including a cup cake each) Penny decorated the big cake after cutting out a template of a heart which she’d drawn and they each decorated their own cup cakes.
