Blue skies; white clouds!

After the storm and the many days of drab weather today was different!  As soon as I was up I had to be out!  Round the short block.  i was saddened to see that the house that Little one and I used to wave to was now empty.  I can but think that the elderly gentleman who used to wave back has died or gone into a home.  He used to have one of those Chinese cat figures in his window that waved and as we walked past our little one used to stop and wave back to both the cat and the gentleman who was always sitting there!.  This went on for ages till she was too big and started going to school etc.

Then I met up with J&I and I walked with them for a bit.  We parted company and I was just next to S's house so popped in there and we had a great chat!  
Home and the sheets are out of the washing machine and on the line outside!!!  Still beautiful sunshine!!
