Golden Light

Blue skies and fluffy clouds this morning and warmer temperatures. At exactly 3 pm, the sky turned a golden colour and the reflection in the lake made me think that the light was coming from the depths of the water, rather than the sun in the sky. You can just see a tiny boat crossing the lake.

The lake shone gold and reminds us that the light is returning and the days are slowly getting longer.
