Cake

Frighteningly windy today as the Storm Éowin went through central Scotland. We were lucky, just a large plant pot over and shed roofing felt landed in the neighbour’s garden. But reports of trees, fences, sheds, roofing casualties nearby. 

Stayed home, used the last of the Christmas parsnips to bake another spiced apple cake.
