Silly Saturday

I'm booked in to hospital for some heart surgery next week and they've sent me this message.
I wonder what I'm going to come home with? Much as I like babies, I think it might be easier to stick with Plan A.
I know hospitals sometimes do the wrong procedure but this would be a doozey.
