Blue

I'm not feeling blue but I was struck by how clear and blue the sky was (8pm) and the intense blue of these little flowers still surviving after the mega downpour of rain we have had this week.

The sky hasn't been like this all day, certainly where I work in Bury St Edmunds there was a spectacular thunder storm with lightening display and the main road disappeared under a river of rain bubbles for most of the morning. Thankfully it had all dried up by lunchtime.

Despite only being in work for two days this week I am really pleased its the weekend, and looking forward to what ever turns up! May even treat myself to a glass of wine this evening!
