Last weeks bunch …..

Regular shop this morning, purchased some new flowers, these are last weeks.

This afternoon I had decided I would go for a walk around the block (over the country park and back), to start getting some exercise into my routine.  My plan was to walk (without Lili) with my earphones in, looking at the space around me listening to a book.  Hubby decided he wanted to come, which was lovely but “we are often on different pages” - I like the quiet and solitude of a walk …..  All in all a good walk, bit muddy in places, only did 4km but that’s 4 more than I would have done sat in front of the tv doing crochet!
