2025 Day 24: hello fresh again

Tonight's meal was the second of our two pack from hello fresh. It was ace! 
Duck with a red currant and red wine jus, served with roast potatoes, roast carrots and some green stuff I cant remember the name of but tasted delicious. It was accompanied by a truly fantastic glass of red wine, after I decided to open a bottle that had been in my cupboard for several years. No idea where it came from, I'm just glad I have it now. Was immense.
