It's one of the joys of my job that (to some extent) I get to pick where I go. 

When Cigs was in his pomp, I would plot my work calls to make sure I passed near to one that I wanted to photograph. 

In a similar vein, I know if I trek through EH4 (Muirhouse/ Drylaw) that I'll find subject matter with ease. 

And as any blipper knows, it's always good to get one in the bag early one. Not to say if something better comes along, then by all means take a photo, but the pressure's off if you've got one already snaffled.

And so it was on Monday. I did find other examples later on in the day, but I was happy with my first find.
