Out With the old in With the New

Today was a day spent at home as we was having to electrics sorted out . Due to problems with the kitchen sockets having stopped working it was decided that we would need a new fuse box so that the work could be done safely. My photo shows the really old fuse box at the top with the nice new safe fuse box at the bottom . 
The electrician arrived mid morning and they are still here now  6.30 pm finishing off wiring in the sockets in the kitchen  but they should soon be done and then I can get on with cleaning up .
A relaxed evening is then planned with possibly some Netflix viewing
