Goosander

Despite the high winds and there were some very strong gusts, everyone seems to be going about their business locally so I risked a walk.

A few branches down but I didn’t see any major damage 

Very few birds seen as the little birds especially were keeping low and out of sight.  Goosanders and Tufted ducks seen in flight were coping quite well.

The highlight was a wind blown Buzzard which arrived at great speed and had great difficulty turning back into the wind for a safe landing.
