The Calm

Yes, before. As a storm is indeed forecast. A rare red weather warning has been issued. At 17:50 my phone burst into alarming life. As did the SK’s - Severe Alert - issued by the UK and Scottish Governments! Yes, our happy land.  If it had been issued by the Scottish Government half the population would be outraged at the misuse of taxpayers money. If it was the UK Government, the other half would paint their faces, take to Twitter and vent. As it is, we all thought it was a nuclear attack, only to discover that it’s going to be windy. 
I’m pretending to be relaxed about this. New summerhouses built on exposed slopes will presumably be quite secure?
