Pie Day

Lili loves to make pie and she is good at it. I wrote about that once before on blip. Today she has her friend Rachel over and they are making rhubarb pie together. They just finished rolling out and putting the bottom crust in the pan. I took a picture of them with bottom crust in pan. Then I gave them a bag of frozen rhubarb for the filling. They are now looking in the cookbook at the filling recipe. Everything went well to the very end of getting the pie into the oven. After dinner the girls cut and served the pie. It was so good but I forgot to take more pictures. I loved the one here of flour all over and work in progress.
