Dawn Raiders

A truly beautiful morning on the water. A member of the crew joked that he'd arranged for the seals to come since it was my birthday yesterday and amazingly, we saw several seals, including a mother and her pup. It was chilly though; I did a double session and my feet felt like two blocks of ice at the end. 
In the evening, I went to Biodanza. There were quite a few people who hadn't been for a while and it made for a very enjoyable evening.
