Squash

When we litter pick we collect the aluminium cans separately and they are then deposited in specific bins and then sold and the money generated is donated to the air ambulance. To make space in the collection bins all of the cans are crushed.

I collect all of the cans generated in the house and then donate them. To make squashing easier Nigel has bought me a can crusher. Days a zero alcohol beer is really rather nice.

It poured with rain this morning so Nigel stopped working at lunch time. I had an appointment town so he gave me a lift.

In the evening I’ve volunteered at the local theatre. It was an excellent performance by a local school but it was rather long so it’s a bit of a late night.
