Arrivals

Our middle boy and his partner arrived back from Valencia today. Mr P and I drove to the airport to pick them up. I’m so glad they flew back today and not tomorrow!
Good to have them home. I cooked Melanzane Alla Parmigiana (aubergine and mozzarella bake) for them. It’s fiddly and time-consuming but went down well.
Lighthouse Group at Carole’s tonight. Useful session and yummy home baking.
