Tourists for the day

MrKT both had dentist appointments in Edinburgh today. Mine was to repair a tooth which broke on Christmas Day - all good now.
As a treat for being good at the dentist we went off to Edinburgh castle for a couple of hours. Great day for it - sunny, blue skies and not many people around. We even had the Crown Jewels all to ourselves (apart from the guard/guide). It must be years since my last visit to the castle and I could hardly remember any of it. Decided we needed another visit before the summer throngs arrive.
Revitalised with a very late lunch at Ting Thai Caravan- yum.
