Coffee with a view

This is the view in Idle Valley Coffee shop, it’s absolutely beautiful and a lovely place to sit and have a cuppa!

We did our long run today, and did it in the format of BYU so run 4.2 miles then whatever you have left of one hour rest, then go again on the hour, we did three laps. The time resting felt like an age but I’m sure it won’t on race day!
