...and part of our nibbles this evening...

Podiatrist this morning, and the weather was foul enough on the short walk there and back for us to decide to give petanque a miss. 

Instead we went up to the Windmills Café and spent the voucher Muriel gave us for Christmas. Steak, kidney and Guinness pie was on the specials' board, so a no brainer for me - and it was soooo tasty!

Roy nipped round the block when the rain eased a bit and he bumped into Lynne - one of the four hardy souls who had turned out for petanque. She said it had been soooo cold and wet... so we reckon we made the right decision ;)
