The flowers and the trees are encapsulating me

Today, Si had an appointment at the Doctors.  

In October last year, he was diagnosed as Diabetic, and was given medication.  He's been working on himself really hard, and today he went for Blood test results which we were quite  concerned about - because the surgery phoned him and made the appointment..

While he waited in the surgery I  did a lap of the  town. 

I sat on the beach wall and waited and he arrived and said that his bloods were all down, really well, and that he doesn't  have  to have another  check til October, and if he progresses as  he has, she thinks they can  stop the medication. 

Everything is on the up. 

We came home and had soup for lunch, and then took a quick run to  the allotment, where we fastened things down for the storm on Friday.   Then we stopped at the beach - how lovely is this for a sunset?

The big boat is a Chinese Freight thing.    There has also been a Royal  navy Ship in and around it since  it took up anchor.   The boat with  the lights on is a Razer Clam  boat - There's a diver underthere, electrocuting the sea bed . 

Was just beautiful to sit there and watch the sun disappear.
