Red Admiral

I'm not a happy bunny today, I've done something to my lower back (I don't know what) and I'm struggling to get about. The worst thing is not being able to bend, how can you do anything without bending? The pain and heat kept me awake most of the night so I'm tired as well.
My car won't be back until Monday at the earliest and even then it's not definite that the problem will be fixed because it is proving difficult to pin down.
The wasps in the garage roof are refusing to die/go away, so I've got a long face today :-((((
