Red Cabbage

Yup, thats what it is.
Abstract Thursday is "organic", had a bit of ICM fun with a cabbage from our garden.  Done!

I went to a funeral this morning of a good friend who passed away last weekend from ovarian cancer.  She was a member of our book group, full of life, loved travel, loved her family, so proud of her grandchildren.  I was last with her mid December and she was filled with the joys of living, took ill the next week and was diagnosed with advanced cancer.  Unbelievable that she has gone so quickly. 

This afternoon and evening I'm feeling rather sad and 'flat'.  An easy dinner and a quiet evening ahead.
