Cookies

We had another snow day today, so we worked from home. This also gave me the opportunity to try out a recipe to make “gevulde koeken” (translated as filled cookies). It’s a Dutch recipe and it’s a cookie filled with almond paste. This was the first time I made these cookies and they turned out pretty good and tasty.
