Goodbye Pookie and Monty

Today I take my leave of Pookie and Monty and their lovely home with roses round above the door. With this view from the outside you'll understand why we don't use the front door!

Both cats were sunning themselves on the patio this morning. The look from Pookie says, "Was there something?", while Monty was oblivious to the camera. I like the shadows of his paws ;-)

P had left out some dvds that might have appealed to me, so last night I watched 'The Maggie', a classic Alexander Mackendrick film about the puffer and its rogue crew undertaking a job on the west coast of Scotland. Anyone remember it? It had me chortling!
