Left work mid-morning after the overnighter and walked up to Warrender for some lengths in the pool. Before walking in to town to catch a screening of Vermiglio (terrific, a gem) at Vue Omni. Before walking home to my side of town - that's a fair bit of walking for one day I tell thee!

After a brief respite it was off to the local multiplex with my partner for a teatime screening of Babygirl (it were shit!) and then to the pretty nice pub over the road for heavily-discounted-in-January pints and burgers.

In work again tomorrow, covering staff sickness. A day off would have been nice but....extra money innit. Comes in handy for, you know....swimming, cinema, pints, burgers, etc
