A day of two halves

I was going to rant about Ford's utterly lethal spare wheel concept - attached to the bottom of the van with a security cable not long enough to let you release it without crawling under the van.... 2hrs at the roadside changing a blowout tyre. Arghhhhh.
Had a coffee with the lovely J, which cheered me up. She spent a while telling me how much she hates (lol) me for persuading her to do her Mountain Leader qualification. Interspersed with just how much she loves (bigger lol) me for persuading her to do her Mountain Leader qualification. A space has recently opened on our instruction team, so I'm super pleased to be able to send some work J's way.

A couple of positive conversations with potential funders today. Nothing confirmed. But it feels more optimistic when a 5 minute chat becomes an hour.
