Empty…

…but not for long.
Took the train to Bradford for the first dance class where my group met for the our lesson in preparation for our performance at the Alhambra Theatre as part of The Bradford City of Culture 2025.
Found out that there will be 80 dancers in all : aged from 11years to our group of a more advancing age.

Knew the dance studio was ‘ behind the blue door’ next to Greggs. Went to Greggs - no blue door!
Had a bit of a panic till l had a lightbulb moment and wondered if there was another Greggs, there was and it had a blue door next to it.
Had got the right address and went up the steps to the second floor to find a beautiful studio with great views of the city centre. Made a mental note to photograph them next time.
Dance part was pretty straight forward to a Rolling Stones number, was told later this wouldn’t be the music at the performance as there is currently a composer working on it. That impressed me a lot.
Got the train home and was the first one to board, soon had plenty of company. Always impressed how clean the carriages are.

Got my new passport this morning, took 15 days so l was pretty impressed by the whole service.
Means l might be going to Paris next month.
