What Captain Cook didn't see

This is the entrance to Botany Bay from the south side. We were taken here to see where Cook and his men landed in 1770. The significance of that landing is seen in the distinctive skyline of the city of Sydney.
Wonderful day with many possible blips, but this hazy outline summed it all up for me.
