.....for your kind words, stars and fav's over the last few days for my birthday celebration, so touched, happy tears along with a few laughs and smiles, truly appreciated :) x

Today we woke to another day of sun shining down on us, a warm 23C and then quite breezy in the afternoon. Think this warm spell will be short as another front is coming in.

It was lovely strolling through my garden, summer flowers gently nodding in the breeze until a big gust comes along and then they're flattened for a wee while. Bumble bees and honey bees are frequent visitors, lighter flowers bending under their weight. I quite like the Coreopsis Domino with it's vibrant yellow and maroon, the bees love it!
Sadly there's hardly been any butterflies of any sort, even cabbage white are not hanging around like they usually do, possibly it's been too cold for them.

A busy day replenishing mine and mum's pantries. I've been doing Mum's shop to keep her going, I don't think it will be long before she's joining me again which will be nice.
