The day started very early with calls to one of our sub consultants in California before they finished for the day (12 hour time difference). I then took a break mid morning to do some yoga and to take Seamus from SMRC in Limerick out in a double. They are here for a couple of days. Finally a long presentation starting at 8pm with our San Francisco office.
