Being chased by the inversion literally rolling down the strath while on the phone to the GP.
I know GPs often come under fire but our practise here are excellent in every way. They always have been but super grateful for them just now. Literally had an recurring weekly appointment, alternating in person and phone since early December. With the same GP. While they proactively get referrals,tests etc done. Something flagged up today and was immediately offered an extended appointment on Thurs. Again with same GP, who will have had a specialists input by then.  
I know some of this is about rural location but it's staff that make a culture and they are superb.
