Daffs from Aldi

I finally got to Aldi late in the afternoon where I saw several large boxes of early daffs on display. The buds looked so pinched and narrow, I thought that they must be feeling the cold. Bring them into a warm room and they start to emerge.

Len went by taxi to London for a PET scan. When he arrived, he was told that there was a manufacturing fault with the isotope so he and his driver had to turn right round and come home.

I suppose I ought to add that it was the date of Trump's second inauguration. We're all in a handcart going to hell.
