View from work (Day 3543)

Off to Evie this morning to make a start on some floor tiling which has been on the to do list for far too long. The tiles were to be laid in the entrance hallway of a house I fitted a bathroom in last year. The forecast for reasonable weather this week brought the tiling to the top of the list.
I spent a couple of hours smashing the old tiles off the concrete floor and scraping the old adhesive off. Planning the layout took a fair amount of time, but it is always time well spent. Sticking the tiles in place took less than an hour, cleaning up all my stuff took nearly as long.
It was mid afternoon by the time I was finished and heading home. I'll be back there tomorrow to get the grouting done.
It seems that my beautiful wife has had a busy day zooming around doing stuff and things.
