The Chase is on!

A couple of coots chasing along the canalside in Newbury this morning!

This morning when I woke, I could hardly move because of pain in my back and leg - from yesterday's experience ;(    

I had to go to the dentist in Newbury which is 25 miles away - its my old dentist as I'm unable to get one here....  They charge you if you are late....I made it with time to spare, so a quick trip to the canal side, which made me feel good before the dentist!

BUT when I got back to my car - there was a delivery van right across the front of my car :(    I took the registration down, and sat in my car pressing the horn until he came back - he was in a very bad mood - but he shouldn't have blocked me in.  

So I was shaking by the time I got to the dentist.  It was not a nice experience, although a lovely young male hygienist there today.

I got to work, and there was no space in the car park at  all, but I was allowed a visitor's space thankfully :)

Home via the petrol station.

I've taken strong painkillers and now I'm in pjs with feet up for the evening, and an early night.

Thankfully I'm working from home tomorrow...
