RIP Dear friend

In preparation for a mini expedition coming up in the very near future, I had my 30 year old Pheonix Phission Mountain tent erected in the back garden for a few days as I had qualms about its continued health.

Although we have been through some great adventures together, age has taken its toll on the fly sheet. The inner shown here in the nude (NSFW:-) is in perfect order. (I tend to look after things). The Fly is dead!
And to have it professionally resealed would cost almost as much as a new though not as well made mountain tent.
Decision made and time to let go.
