Homeownership

Today I became a homeowner of a modest 1 bedroom, 1 bath. After getting hired full-time at Vanguard, I decided with the support of my parents to buy a home of my own. Sure, I could blow my money on rent, but prices and interest rates are low so this summer was spent house hunting. After looking at a numerous places and a few offers, I finally got the call from my realtor this afternoon saying that I got the condo!

This is building 14, Enrollment Services, where I work in the Registrar's Office for the Teacher Advancement Program. Life at Vanguard is going to be a ride.
