This fellow is a bit mentally challenged. Here he is examining the workings of one of our street pianos.

We have people who accompany challenged people 9-5 on weekdays and others who mind them on weekends plus homes for them in off-hours. It is a fabulous system and provides dignity purpose and community for the challenged.
