does it, the vessel is leaving the Bentinck Dock (to my right), the swing bridge has lived up to its name and allows the vessel to pass through the narrow channel which crosses Crossbank Road, the ship will pass through the Alexandra Dock to my left then to the river Great Ouse and ultimately to the North Sea.
