Picasa Cosmos

Another favorite summery flower is the Cosmos. They are so airy and delicate looking and add such a beautiful touch into the garden landscape.

Today was overcast with a light mist falling most of the day. It felt very "beachy" outside with the marine air replacing the warm temperatures. This is a short lasting event serving to cool down the air, add moisture to the lawns and to help dampen the threat of forest fires in the NW.
