Monday 20th January 2025...

Our commitment walkway garden has been neglected due to the 3 main people (me included) all had various health issues...
So a weeding bee was organised for 6:00am Monday morning as it's too hot later... 5 of us turned up, Loretta stayed an hour as she had an appointment to go too... I lasted 1 and a 1/2 hours then it was getting too hot in the sun... But I had done what I set out to do... While the others worked their way down the pathway pulling out the bigger weeds... I started at the top of the path on the right hand side an got about pulling out the weeds in and around the plants while I sat on my stool... I worked my way down 3 fence panels... Then I put down newspapers and sugar cane mulch that I had bought with me, working back up 2 fence panels...
I was shattered, my shoulders hated me again because I'd used the whipper snipper yesterday and down our front yard and the footpath, then the back yard and also did some weeding...No gardening on Tuesday at all...
