Beetroot bourguignon

Busy day with one thing or another today.
Shopping; met someone who I recognise, he recognised me too, we chatted, don't know his name or where I know him from.
Anyway I posted a couple of Birthday cards for my eldest Son & a Great Niece, hope they get there in time.
Home & a visit to Joan who was upset that her phone isn't working & neither is her neighbours; then I checked mine & that's not working.
Not sure who you contact to get it fixed.
Then it was time for Lunch after hanging up washing.
After Lunch Housework, Washed out the Oven, Vacuumed, Washed the Floors... Busy Busy.
Then it was time to make Dinner of Beetroot Bourguignon.
Afterwards I was told it was nice, but too much Beetroot.
O well can't please everyone all of the time. I loved it. :)
