The Clee Hills

Thank you to everyone who commented, or left stars, on my anniversary blip yesterday.

Today I had to go to Ludlow for a dental checkup. After that we managed to get in a six mile walk over in the Mortimer Forest starting from a different location to last week. I think we are still on target to walk at least two hundred miles this month. Our route took us towards Richards Castle, over Hanway Common and High Vinalls, onto Climbing Jack where we were rewarded with lovely views northeast towards the Clee Hills. Brown Clee, on the left, is the highest point in Shropshire. Titterstone Clee, four miles to the right, is seven metres shorter and is the third highest peak in the county. It would be rude not to walk up them both at some point this year.
