Agave? Or not?

I had a reasonable night’s sleep and did some of my exercises after breakfast, mainly some of the ones we have been doing in the hip class on Wednesdays at the hospital.
They do help enormously.
After lunch we had our usual circular walk with a coffee at the Farmhouse Bistro. A mile and a half today.
I took the photo of this plant, which was on the windowsill next to where I was sitting. I kind of liked the symmetry of its spiky fleshy leaves.
I think it is an Agave of some sort, my plant app informs me.
Anyone out there amongst you know?
