Strange times

As we waited for them to let us into the Health Club, one of my friends arrived, somewhat flustered. 

She has a number of horses to look after before she arrives early for her swim. This morning, she couldn’t get to some of her charges because there had been an incident of serious fly tipping, which had completely blocked the roads.

It wasn’t just a bit of domestic rubbish; it was on an industrial scale. The police reckoned there was over 200 tons of serious waste. Farms and businesses were totally cut off. 

Strange and unpredictable times.  Whatever next !!! 

I headed off to Morrisons in due course as it’s the only place selling mealworms at a reasonable price. Sold out ! The week leading up to the RSPB Big Bird Watch!!  

All this - and the trumpeted arrival of Trump.

You couldn’t make it up !!!
