Awkward!

Even more awkward.

I stopped by the park today. The squirrels were feisty and animated and I had quite a bit of fun interacting with them.

The first one I approached came right up to me as I clicked away... It surprised me a bit and eventually I had to back up, as I had on too long of a lens for less than 5 feet! This one was in the middle of a two squirrel tree-to-tree chase. They paused to check me out model for me... one looking quite athletic and this one... well, I'm not sure what this pose is all about. ;) She just sat there like this for shot after shot. She's either taking advantage of the break in the action to do a few stretches or she thinks this is her good side... either way, it gave me a good laugh. :))

After the photo shoot in the park, I met my husband for sushi. We've both been craving it for days. Mmmm, good stuff!
