2013 Challenge - Vegetable

2013 Challenge; week 31 for July 28: Vegetable
Crookneck Squash from Daughter #3's garden.
Unfortunately she didn't cut it soon enough.
The skin was TOO thick.
It needed MAJOR slicing to get at the insides for cooking.
