Clearing

We've not walked from the Miner's Rest for a few months, last time I was surprised that they were in the middle of felling lots of the trees. It's been tidied up a bit, logs are piled, the path is nearly visible, however I followed a path that took me to the wrong place. It's weird, when surrounded by trees, you (I) think you know the route of the path, but without the trees it kind of doesn't make sense, but I found my way back on to the right path. Mrs C and Ms H were supposed to run 5K, pick up the car where I left it, then pick us up, but some technical issue delayed them and meant we walked all the way home before they caught up with us. A lazy night watching the season 2 finale of Silo (what the... ) and the S1 finale of Severance as a recap ahead of S2... OMG how much have I forgotten in 3 years, might need to watch earlier episodes!
