A Flamenco Dancer?

No, it is A Spanish Satsuma Dancer performing on stage in the spotllight.

This particular batch of Spanish satsumas from the local supermarket has been very generous in allowing the pith to pull out attached to part of the skin.  I had one this evening from a new batch but it doesn't happen with them.  They are from Morocco.
