School Friend

I find Thursdays so relaxed after my two days in the office! It was great to have peace to get on with my work. Sadly, I wasn't able to attend a DIPMF session on "The Power of Purpose". Yesterday, I missed seeing Arsene Wenger in person because his session was over-subscribed. I'm hoping there's a video I can watch. :))

I met up with my school friend, Arwa, in the evening. G should have joined us, but she came home after her 4get-me-not Zumba/dance class. Arwa has been through a tough period in the last couple of years, losing both her parents and then some other big life-changing things, so we had loads to catch up on. We both enjoyed the meals we ordered and took leftovers home!

As I didn't have the car she dropped me home in her brand new BMW. I have to say, it is fascinating being in a new car with all the gadgets they now come with!
